Craft & Cork Festival/For breweries and wineries

Bring your craft to a thoughtful audience.

The inaugural Craft & Cork Festival, Chicago 2027: a curated regional showcase where guests come to discover makers, ask questions and find products they will look for again.

How participation works

Clear roles, agreed in writing.

Proposed model for the Chicago pilot. Final terms are set in each participation agreement.

Your role

Pour your story.

  • Choose two or three products to feature
  • Send knowledgeable representatives
  • Provide accurate product information for the Guide
  • Follow the approved service arrangement

Our role

Build the room around you.

  • Aim for no booth fee
  • Purchase or reimburse an agreed product quantity through the lawful supply chain
  • Standard footprint, table, signage and credentials
  • Agreed cooling support, plus a Guide profile for every featured product

Recognition

Separate and optional.

  • Crown entry is a separate process; the first Crowns are awarded in 2027
  • Blind evaluation by category-specific panels
  • No guaranteed outcome, and no sponsorship influence
  • Participation is never required to enter, and entering is never required to participate

From interest to load-in

Five steps, no surprises.

01

Express interest

Tell us who you are and what you might pour.

02

Talk it through

A short call about audience, staffing and product economics.

03

Select products

Agree products, quantities, package format and delivery window.

04

Sign the agreement

Payment basis, insurance, cancellation and unused inventory, in writing.

05

Load in and pour

Arrive to a ready station, signage and a Guide profile already live.

Region and eligibility

Regional, described precisely.

The pilot prioritizes producers in Chicago, metropolitan Chicago and a published nearby catchment. Where a product is made and where its grapes or ingredients were grown are always described separately, so a Chicago winery using grapes from elsewhere is welcome and described accurately.
