Craft & Cork Festival
Ticket & Event Policies
Last updated October 9, 2026
These policies apply to everyone attending the Craft & Cork Festival, together with our ticketing provider’s terms and the Terms of Use. Event-specific details (date, venue, hours, pour sizes and any designated-driver tickets) are published on this site before tickets go on sale.
The essentials. Everyone must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID, even with a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or moved. Please drink responsibly and plan a safe ride home.
1. Age and ID
- The Festival is for adults 21 and over. No one under 21 is admitted, including infants and children.
- Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport or military ID). Without it you won’t be admitted, and your ticket won’t be refunded.
2. Tickets
- Tickets are sold only through the official links on craftandcorkfestival.com and craftandcorkguide.com. We can’t honor tickets bought from unofficial sellers.
- Each ticket admits one person for the session shown. Keep your ticket private; the first scan gets in.
- You may transfer a ticket to another adult 21 or older, at no more than the price you paid, using the ticketing provider’s transfer option where offered.
- Member presale codes and discounts are personal to the member, as described in the Member Terms.
3. Refunds, changes and weather
- All sales are final, except as described here.
- If we cancel the Festival, you get a full refund of the ticket price.
- If we move it to a new date or venue, your ticket is valid for the new event, or you may request a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
- Lineups, makers and pours may change. These changes aren’t grounds for a refund.
- The Festival runs rain or shine unless it is unsafe to continue. If we must stop early for safety, we’ll do our best to offer a fair remedy, but refunds aren’t guaranteed.
4. Responsible service
- Pours are tasting-size samples, served by licensed staff in line with Illinois law.
- Servers and security may refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, and may ask them to leave.
- No outside alcohol or drugs. Alcohol may not leave the venue unless sales for takeaway are expressly offered.
- Water and food will be available. Please plan a safe ride home and never drink and drive.
5. Conduct
Treat guests, makers, staff and volunteers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence or damage to property are not tolerated. Anyone breaking these policies may be removed without a refund.
6. Entry and items
- Bags may be searched. Weapons, glass containers, outside alcohol, illegal substances and anything that could cause harm are not allowed. Venue-specific rules will be posted before the event.
- Re-entry rules and service animal arrangements will be published with venue details. Service animals are always welcome.
7. Photos and filming
Craft & Cork and its partners may photograph and film the Festival. By attending, you agree that you may appear in footage used to report on and promote Craft & Cork. If you’d prefer not to be photographed, tell a photographer or the information desk and we’ll do our best to respect that.
8. Health, safety and belongings
- You attend at your own risk, to the extent the law allows. Follow staff instructions and venue rules.
- We aren’t responsible for lost or stolen items. Ask at the information desk, or email us after the event.
9. Accessibility
See our Accessibility statement. Contact us before the event if you need an accommodation.
